Girl... Friends? Girlfriends!?

As I scroll social media on a daily basis I've seen more and more posts regarding women looking for female friendships. I've also noticed that is mainly women of color. And I must admit, I am guilty of this myself 

So, what is the problem? Why can't women of color have healthy friendships?
